During this practices 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises are performed which is very difficult. The body gets sweat. It helps the body to rely their extra calories and fats etc.
Hatha yoga: It is the most common type of yoga that is generally performed to lose weight. Under this yoga practices the individual have to perform several asana are performed including breathing, meditation and pranayam that allows the physical body to maintain and increase their flexibility and strength.
